Overview
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the engagement with the government's centralised Advertising Hub to ensure the delivery and implementation of all multi-channel campaigns and ongoing digital channel strategy for all SAMSB events.

Responsibilities
* Project manage brand creation, ideation and in-event brand management for all SAMSB events.
* Manage and proactively engage with PR agencies for all SAMSB events.
* Lead marketing engagement with key event partners and agencies, ensuring delivery of agreed KPIs and partner strategies.
* Drive visitation strategy for all SAMSB events, including management of wholesale travel partners.
* Plan and coordinate marketing promotions and activations.
* Lead videography/photography campaign requirements.
* Coordinate research to gain customer insights and implement resulting market-oriented actions.
* Support procurement processes as required for marketing activities.
* Prepare information as required for ad hoc and regular reporting processes to identify market insights.
Special Conditions
* The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
* The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
* This role requires a National Criminal History check.
* Applicants will be required to work extended hours leading into and during major events.
Essential Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Events or business-related discipline.
