Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and coordinate daily/monthly activities to meet results and standards.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
3. Manage day-to-day projects or assignments with guidance to ensure business benefits.
4. Lead by example in HSE standards, compliance, and initiatives.
About the Ideal Candidate:
* Transport industry knowledge (preferred but not essential).
* Basic computer skills, including Transport Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of NHVAS Fatigue, Maintenance Management, and Mass (preferred).
* Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain effective relationships.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
