Accommodation Maintenance Professional
This role is focused on ensuring high standards and quality of accommodation for valued guests. Key responsibilities include performing general repairs within the property, utilizing knowledge of painting, plastering, and carpentry, and overseeing contractors' work.
* Perform maintenance tasks and inspections of facilities to ensure a high standard and quality is maintained
* Utilize knowledge and experience in Painting, Plastering, and Carpentry to complete repairs
* Coordinate and negotiate with outside contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions
* Oversee contractors' work to guarantee a high standard and quality is maintained
* Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and optimize resources
* Liaise with guests and staff on maintenance issues and progress of works
* Contribute to a workplace health and safety environment by adhering to established protocols and procedures
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential.
