We're looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Producer to manage the end‑to‑end production of monthly Unison & Commonry e‑commerce fashion shoots. This role is pivotal in ensuring all product is captured accurately and delivered on time, maintaining brand standards across all assets.
Role
* Oversee pre‑production processes, including scheduling shoots, booking crew, and managing styling documentation.
* Coordinate talent casting, rates, and logistics for eComm shoots.
* Attend shoots to ensure smooth execution, accurate product photography, and quality control.
* Manage post‑production workflows, including retouching notes, image delivery, and asset uploads.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet deadlines and maintain brand integrity.
* Support site merchandising and monthly editorial design.
* On‑site role 5‑days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
Ideal Candidate
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Advertising.
* 1‑2 years' experience in eCommerce or production‑related roles.
* Exceptional communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
