About The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team and key stakeholders to achieve common goals.
* Facilities Maintenance: Support construction and maintenance projects, ensuring high‐quality service delivery within deadlines.
* Training & Mentorship: Provide hands‐on instruction and guidance to prisoners, fostering skill development and meaningful rehabilitation.
* Compliance & Reporting: Uphold safety standards, manage records, and prepare insightful reports that drive workshop success.
Eligibility
* Applicants must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
* Applicants must possess a Construction Trade Certificate at a minimum Certificate III level and/or Certificate III in Horticulture (and/or equivalent with relevant specialty area).
* Applicants must possess a current valid Provide First Aid (HLTAID003) accreditation (or equivalent eg Senior First Aid) with a minimum of 12 months validity remaining.
* Applicants must possess a current valid manual class "C" motor vehicle driving licence.
