About This Role
This position involves providing strategic account management expertise to existing clients, enhancing customer experience through building strong relationships and maximizing value from both existing and new clients.
You will be responsible for developing tenders with a deep understanding of industry practices and client requirements, as well as effective liaison with procurement and operational decision makers. Additionally, you will oversee the mining sales-cycle and tender process, managing sales requirements and implementing teams.
Requirements
* Experience in the mining and / or construction industry
* Proven technical account management expertise, including managing multiple complex accounts
* Knowledge of technical and commercial expectations
* Experience executing sales plans and reporting on sales activity
* Familiarity with the mining sales cycle and contract mining tender process
* Ability to manage implementation teams and effectively relay client requirements
