Parts Interpreter

JSW Powersports is growing and looking for a motivated and reliable Parts Interpreter to join our award-winning team.
This is a great opportunity to work with the world’s number one Sea-Doo dealer, supporting a high-performing service department and working with premium marine and powersports brands including Seadoo, Canam, Malibu Boats, Sea Fox Boats and Cobalt Boats.

About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you will:
* Identify and supply correct parts to technicians and customers
* Interpret parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
* Process parts orders, invoices and customer enquiries
* Maintain accurate inventory and stock control
* Assist with ordering parts from suppliers and manufacturers
* Receive, check and store incoming parts deliveries
* Support the service department with parts for scheduled repairs
* Maintain a clean, organised and efficient parts department
* Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
About You
* Previous parts interpreting experience (automotive, marine or powersports preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good computer skills and ability to learn parts systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Reliable, motivated and professional
* Current driver’s licence (essential)
* Interest in marine, boating or powersports highly regarded
