Key Responsibilities
* Administer employee records and maintain reporting data for effective decision-making.
* Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration into our team.
* Provide expert guidance to employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
* Lead the offboarding process across multiple sites with minimal disruption.
Technical Skills & Key Accountabilities
* Strong understanding of general HR documentation, including contracts and policies/procedures.
* Support staff during employment onboarding to enhance their overall experience.
* Act as the key point of contact for HR inquiries, offering timely and accurate information.
* Build trusted relationships across the business, facilitating effective communication between employees and the HR team.
* Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
* Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and development programs to enhance staff capabilities.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, adhering to privacy and legal requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams on payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (desired).
* Current Driver's License.
* Previous experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or similar roles.
* Knowledge of HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and employment legislation.
