This role oversees a portfolio of stores across Melbourne’s North and West regions. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver sales growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and KPI performance across your region through effective leadership and coaching.
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience across all locations.
- Lead, inspire and develop Store Managers, fostering high-performing teams.
- Oversee store presentation, VM standards, and stock management.
- Monitor financial performance including wages, shrinkage and controllable costs.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and omni-channel experiences.
- Build strong internal relationships and act as a true brand ambassador.
- Managing and overseeing multiple boutiques and concessions.
