About the Role
We are currently partnering with a growing and well-established real estate group in the inner northern Melbourne suburbs seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven real estate professional who is passionate about leadership, growth, and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced property market.
You will play a key role in driving revenue, mentoring agents, and implementing strategies to expand market share across residential property sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a team of real estate sales agents
* Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the office
* Implement sales strategies and campaigns to maximise listings and conversions
* Mentor and support agents with negotiations and closing deals
* Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and key stakeholders
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
* Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company processes
About You
* Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally in a leadership or senior agent role
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
* Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
* Highly driven, motivated and commercially focused
* Current Real Estate Licence (Victoria) or equivalent
