The role and our team
We are a team of 3 Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisors, supported by a manager, based at our head office in Hawthorn East + WHF.
We recruit across corporate roles (e.g., Marketing, IT, Finance, Contact Centre), and volume hiring of Care Workers and Nurses.
We don't have set portfolios so there is an opportunity to work on a variety of roles and flex your skills in different ways.
Our hiring is supported through PageUp, recently implemented in **** for the ATS and CRM.
We are looking for an experienced TA Advisor to join our team on a full-time, maximum term contract until 30 June ****.
Strategically source to roles, balancing quick hiring needs with costs and efficiencies
Partner with hiring managers of a diverse portfolio on their workforce needs
Run volume hiring events for Care Workers as required
Create positive experiences and meaningful connections for our candidates
Build talent pools and keep candidates engaged for future hiring needs
Train hiring managers in the use of the system, best practice recruitment and interviewing
Ensure pre-employment compliance requirements and accurate Employment Contract management
Keep up to date with market trends, insights, tools / systems, and opportunities to improve our service
Experience in aged care would be an advantage, as well as having a driver's licence to be able to visit sites and other offices to connect with hiring managers, run volume hiring events, and attend other careers events.
Please note, Benetas requires all staff to have a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
