**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Director, the role is responsible for undertaking research, modelling and report writing and provide valuation advice to clients on a range of Commercial and Industrial property matters.
The role will be supported by a highly experienced Director and Associate Director and a market leading Commercial and Industrial team.

**Responsibilities**
- Undertake research, analysis and problem solving to support the provision of quality reporting.
- Tracking job costs and regularly report to Director/s and complete timesheets.
- Providing assistance and support to Assistant Valuers as required.
- Develop industry, clients and other contacts, with the support of a Director or Associate Director.
- Promote the firm and its services to create business opportunities.
- Play a role in training, project management and the implementation of Business Unit objectives.
**Ideal Background**
- Tertiary qualifications in Valuation either at graduate or post graduate level
- Membership of API and Certified Practising Valuer accreditation.
- Relevant work experience of 3-5 years in Commercial and/or Industrial valuations.
- Demonstrated experience and strong track record with a similar role at similar level.
- Demonstrates an ability to work independently and build rapport and effective working relationships with team members and clients.
- Brings a positive, encouraging attitude to own work and work relationships.
- Contributes knowledge and ideas for the benefit of the team.
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and correspondence.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and critically review sales, leases, and other research data.
- A solid understanding of client service principles.
