Job Description
The Data Entry and Store Administrator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of purchase orders and inventory transactions within our ERP system.
Main Responsibilities:
* Input and maintain purchase orders, receipts, and stock movements in the ERP system to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
* Administer various housekeeping tasks to verify data accuracy and system integrity.
* Perform goods receipting duties, including verification of deliveries, labeling, and updating stock records.
* Support physical stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies between ERP data and actual stock levels.
* Assist with issuing and returning stock, tools, and consumables to production staff as needed.
* Liaise with suppliers and accounts to resolve PO or invoice issues efficiently.
* Prepare reports (open purchase orders, stock usage, shortages) as required to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Maintain organized filing and digital records relating to purchasing and stores operations.
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements at all times.
