Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with the following skills and qualifications:
* Proven experience in parts interpretation, inventory control or store roles within the automotive or machinery industry.
* Strong background in parts identification, particularly for vehicles, trucks, or heavy equipment.
* Familiarity with automotive service environments, ideally gained from prior roles in car dealerships or similar settings.
* Excellent customer service skills with ability to confidently manage face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when sourcing and matching parts.
* Solid organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
* Advanced computer literacy and ability to quickly adapt to multiple systems.
