About This Role
This is a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Auditor. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to assess hospitality and service engagement from the guest or prospective resident perspective.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess hospitality and service engagement from the guest or prospective resident perspective.
* Have a thorough understanding of the service engagement expectations set forth by our clients.
* Know quality control procedures and be able to assess whether associates perform and deliver the expected experience.
* Effectively manage working time and possess a thoroughly developed analytical skill set.
* Coordinate auditing teams across all three shifts of operations and ensure proper communication with executive leadership.
Requirements
* Understand hospitality-centric operations typically experienced at hotels, resorts, or luxury residential communities.
* Travel to and from assigned communities.
* Conduct duties discreetly and impartially.
* Interact with associates over the phone and in person to gauge service experiences and behaviors.
* Inspect the lobby/concierge environment to detect possible concerns and areas for improvement.
* Be highly energetic, honest, and motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an individual with a result-oriented attitude, an engaging personality, and a passion for luxury hospitality service and experiences. Analytical skills are also required to analyze notes and documentation taken during the assessment in order to write an objective report. Great attention to detail is also required to inspect the quality of customer service provided. Reliable transportation is a must-have requirement.
