Job Title: Stock Coordinator
Location: Melbourne
We are seeking a highly organised and flexible individual to coordinate and manage stock inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining storage areas in line with Infection Control and Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines.
About the Role:
As a Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for the organisation of stored supplies, including unpacking delivered stores and minimising stock expiration. You will also maintain all storage areas in line with health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage stock inventory
* Order supplies via imprest scanning and manual ordering systems
* Maintain all storage areas in line with health and safety guidelines
* Minimise stock expiration by ensuring timely delivery and storage
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, flexible and adaptable. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
