Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead our team in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will drive organisational effectiveness, navigate complex stakeholder relationships and make a significant impact on business outcomes.
This senior HR leadership role offers the chance to lead HR across the ANZ region, managing a dedicated team while partnering with key stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of critical business negotiations and organisational change.
* Lead and manage the delivery of comprehensive HR Services, encompassing employee relations, learning and development, and HR process support
* Serve as a strategic HR business partner to regional leadership, driving organisational effectiveness and transformational change
* Support strategy execution and country-specific initiatives
* Provide strategic guidance for upcoming Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations

Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Experience:
* Proven track record in strategic HR business partnership roles
* Strong experience in employee relations and HR process management
* Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve organisational effectiveness
* Experience navigating complex matrix organisations
Preferred Background:
* Manufacturing industry experience (other industries such as FMCG or Retail will be considered)
* Global organisational experience
* Previous involvement in enterprise bargaining or similar negotiations
