About the Roles
Working within a collaborative and high-performing brigade, you will contribute to delivering exceptional food quality and service across our diverse outlets. These roles offer exposure to high-end dining, large-scale events, and premium member experiences within a respected Melbourne venue.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes to brand and service standards
* Maintain consistency, portion control, and food safety compliance
* Support daily kitchen operations and service delivery
* Work collaboratively with the broader culinary team
* Assist with stock control, prep planning, and kitchen organisation
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role within a quality venue, hotel, or club environment
* Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen
* Relevant culinary qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred)
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
