Emporium 88 Team Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to join our Emporium 88 team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for supervising staff on-shift, providing friendly and efficient service to members and guests, operating and balancing tills, preparing, cooking, and serving food, assisting in back of house operations, ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed, and making barista coffee and hot beverages.
This is a full-time position that requires a mix of day shifts and overnight shifts each week. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a team leader or supervisor role, demonstrated abilities in leading teams, and excellent interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards, provide outstanding customer service, and problem solve effectively.
