Key Responsibilities
* Write and place job adverts to attract top talent.
* Identify and engage suitable candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their fit for various roles.
* Complete reference checks, VEVO checks, and criminal background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
* Schedule and manage functional assessments for candidates to match them with the right roles.
* Set up general registration and onboard candidates into our databases, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
* Efficiently handle phone calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses to candidates and clients.
* Assist with general administrative tasks to support the wider recruitment team
Requirements
* No prior experience required—just a keen interest in recruitment and a willingness to learn
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
* Friendly and confident phone manner
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* Ability to work well within a small, efficient team
* A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
