Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans.
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
* Provide transportation assistance to clients.
* Provide respite care to clients and their families.
* Provide overnight/sleepover care.
* Assist with medication administration, ensuring that Point Care medication administration policies are followed.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress.
Requirements
* A minimum of high school or equivalent.
* Certificate 3 in individual support, or equivalent or higher.
* Experience working with people with disabilities.
* Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
