This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage master data for new businesses, handle amendments, and process cancellations while providing exceptional customer service using cutting-edge systems like Salesforce.What's on offer12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extensionCompetitive salary package and benefitsSupportive and collaborative work environmentProfessional development opportunitiesWhat you'll be responsible forMaintaining quality and compliance processes for master data managementProcessing service agreements and managing cases via SalesforceBuilding and maintaining effective relationships across all CX pillarsEnsuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenanceMonitoring and maintaining master data quality to meet company standardsWhat you'll need to be successful2-3 years' experience in a contact centre or customer service role (B2B environment preferred)Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and similar systems is desiredTyping speed of 60 wpm with an accuracy level of 80% or moreExperience in Google SuitesExceptional attention to detail and accuracyOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environmentGreat interpersonal skills and ability to engage positively with internal/external stakeholdersVeolia’s AlwaysSafe culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites.
