Responsibilities

* Shape content strategy that positions Westpac as a market leader
* Drive customer engagement through insight-led storytelling
* Work with senior stakeholders across Commercial Banking


Qualifications

* Proven experience in content or communications, ideally within financial services
* Skilled in developing engaging content across formats (e.g. reports, video, infographics)
* Strong research and analytical skills to uncover content opportunities
* Confident briefing agencies and managing end-to-end content delivery
* Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder engagement skills
* A passion for creating relevant content that drives real customer impact
