About The Role Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist on all elements of innovation from ideation through to launch including creative development, media strategy, packaging design and exposure to category strategy and customer engagement. Responsibilities Support the brand team in the execution of brand strategies and the day to day running of activities. Assist in gathering and analysing consumer insights and market trends to support brand strategy development. Contribute to the development of strategic 3-year plans that build equity and unlock brand and category growth. Provide support in the management, execution and performance tracking of the innovation pipeline. Assist in the leading of cross functional teams to develop best in class go to market plans across the mix, collaborating with sales, category, finance, shopper and operations. Assist in the creation and execution of strategies and media plans e.g. creative development, media strategy, brand tracking. Conduct competitor / market analysis and gather information and learning for regular reporting, i.e. brand reviews, category share and growth performance etc. Budget ownership with effective tracking and reporting. Preparation of samples / presentation materials for customer reviews and for other purposes as required and other administrative team support. Skills & Experience 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced FMCG environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Brand marketing experience with a focus on execution. A passion for brands and an interest in consumer behaviour. Good communication and organisation skills. Some experience in project management.
