(Please note this role requires an immediate start so you must be immediately available/available on short notice) Key Responsibilities: End-to-end processing across multiple states for a large volume of employees Managing payroll compliance and award interpretation Processing superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax Handling new starters, terminations, and leave calculations Assisting with payroll reporting and reconciliations Responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner Working closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow About You: Proven experience in a similar senior payroll role (high-volume processing essential) Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and modern awards Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently Experience with large ERP systems (e.g. Chris21, Preceda, Micropay or similar) Availability to start immediately or on short notice Your application will be assessed within 3 business days, and please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
