About the opportunity 
As an SAP Data Entry Operator, you'll be the guardian of data integrity across our Front-Of-Shop (FOS), Over The Counter (OTC), and Private Label portfolios. 
You'll drive process excellence, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure our systems reflect accurate, timely, and actionable data.

Sigma Healthcare is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic Operations Planning team. 
Manage master data creation, updates, and maintenance for products and materials 
Partner with suppliers to ensure accurate ranging, de-ranging, and new line creation processes 
Lead master data cleansing and validation efforts 
Provide user support and training across SAP and related systems 
Coordinate data migration and synchronization between legacy and SAP platforms 
Resolve data-related issues and stakeholder enquiries 
Document and improve business processes and workflows 
Who are we looking for? 
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and experience. 
Experience working in a data-related role, ideally within the FMCG or healthcare industry 
Experience with SAP and IBP Planning 
Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel 
Financial acumen and familiarity with SharePoint (desirable) 
Meticulous attention to detail 
Team-oriented and collaborative 
Calm under pressure and adaptable to change 
Proactive with a willingness to learn
