Deliver end‐to‐end HR support across multiple sites, working directly with operational leaders and teams to ensure people practices scale with business growth. * Partner with managers to address complex employee relations matters such as performance management and industrial relations issues
* Coach supervisors and team leaders on staff development initiatives and day‐to‐day HR queries
* Plan and oversee talent management activities including onboarding new hires and conducting probation reviews
* Maintain and refine HR policies, templates, and procedures so they remain compliant with legal obligations while meeting evolving operational needs.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement within HR practices
* Coordinate all aspects of recruitment and selection processes
What you bring:
* Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Agreements or Awards within industry sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, energy sector, utilities, engineering is preferable
* Proven ability to communicate with influence during discussions including performance management, industrial relations matters or off‐boarding situations
* Ability to coach supervisors and team leaders on staff development strategies while responding sensitively to day‐to‐day HR queries.
* Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to build trust‐based relationships across diverse teams at multiple worksites.
