We work with real estate agents, landlords and tenants across the region to deliver property compliance checks — mostly electrical and smoke alarms. It's important work, and we do it well. We're growing fast and need someone to help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
Key tasks include:
1. Organising and scheduling jobs for our electricians and smoke alarm technicians
2. Making sure days are efficient and routes make sense
3. Keeping our clients informed - real estate agents, tenants and landlords
4. Issuing quotes and invoices, plus logging compliance paperwork
5. Following up on overdue jobs and keeping things on track
6. Suporting a strong 'safety-first' mindset across everything we do
Key skills and qualifications include:
1. Juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball
2. Great communication skills - phone, email and in person
3. Real estate, trades or administration background would be a big plus
4. Bonus points if you understand compliance in electrical safety
5. Confident using Microsoft Office and digital job systems
6. A current Victorian driver's licence is required
