Customer Service Representative
Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Community and Customer Services Department, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service to our customers.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality client service to our customers
* Loggin
* ging customer complaints and requests for action in our customer request management system
* Assisting with maintaining the customer service centre and self-help area
You will also be required to maintain confidentiality of council information obtained during the course of employment.
Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Legal right to live and work in Australia
* Class C (Car) Licence or greater
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal effectively with difficult customers
* Extensive office administration experience, including strong written communication skills and experience in current office computer programs
* Cashiering experience, including reconciliation of financial data
* Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a team environment
