Key Account Manager – William Adams Pty Ltd

We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer‑focused professional ready to strengthen relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and create value for our most important customers.
Reporting to the Sales Manager – Product Support, you will be based from our Clayton or Laverton branch and work closely with internal teams to deliver strategic account management and support that drives long‑term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Build a deep understanding of customer operations, strategies, and goals.
* Manage key accounts and support Product Support Sales Representatives.
* Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Develop strategic marketing and growth plans for key accounts.
* Manage loyalty agreements, reviews, and renewals.
Qualifications
* Experience working within large‑scale infrastructure or construction environments.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem‑solving skills.
* Proven experience managing long‑term customer relationships.
* Strong influencing, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
* Professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to safety and quality.
* A drive to deliver results and continuous improvement.
* Exposure to OEM, transport, waste or construction sectors an advantage.
