About The Role
During a time of exciting transformation, there is an opportunity for a
Treatment Room Team Leader
to join our busy practice in Ballarat. This practice caters to its community and patients with a wide array of onsite services.
In This Role You Will
* Conduct a range of clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations
* Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and managing treatment room staff performance
* Build supportive relationships with patients to create ease prior to procedures or treatments
* Triage patients and assist HCPs in procedures
* Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are known and followed
About You
You're more than your qualifications—you're passionate about healthcare, teamwork, and making a difference. As a Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute care, you'll bring both clinical expertise and the soft skills that set great leaders apart: empathy, adaptability, and strong communication.
* Prior team leadership experience is valued, though we'll support you to grow into leadership if you're ready to take that next step
* You'll bring initiative and sound decision-making skills while working independently
* You'll foster an inclusive and collaborative culture within the treatment room team
* You'll have unrestricted Australian work rights and be able to provide vaccination and immunity records
