About The Role
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and under the direction and guidance of the Level 2 RNs, the Level 1 RN provides a strong patient centred care and focus, and is passionate about supporting the provision of excellence in health care standards.
The General Surgical Ward is a 20 bed newly renovated area that offers Colorectal, Urological (including Robotic services), Vascular, Gynaecological and other General Surgical services.

What You Bring
o Registration with AHPRA and in possession of a current practicing certificate
o Working with Vulnerable People Check
o Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
o Demonstrated clinical competence in area of specialties
o Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
o Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
