Bourke Street Bakery seeks a dedicated, detail-oriented Baker / Packer to join our esteemed team. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for baking and a commitment to excellence in food production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pack a variety of baked goods while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to guarantee freshness and presentation.
- Collaborate closely with our baking team to facilitate a seamless production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in baking is required, but not essential.
- Previous experience in Bakery Product Packing
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for baked products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Shifts & Rostering
- Shifts run from early evening into early morning hours (approx 5 pm - 1:00 am) working a minimum of 3 but up to 5 shifts per week
- Applicants on Student Visa will be limited to the condition of their Visa

Pay: $34.90 – $60.70 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
