About the Role
As an APS5 Capability Partner – Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the Agency’s learning and development initiatives. This team membership position requires independent decision-making, technical analysis, and the ability to provide policy advice within a specialised area. You will facilitate engaging learning experiences that empower our workforce and enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities
Facilitate workplace education using a variety of formats including in-person, recorded, and live online sessions. Create inclusive and supportive learning environments that foster participation and engagement. Guide learners through course content, helping them connect theory to practice. Promote reflective practice and critical thinking through discussions and collaborative activities. Respond to learner queries and provide additional resources as needed. Monitor learner progress and deliver timely, constructive feedback. Use digital tools and platforms effectively to deliver content and interact with learners. Maintain accurate records in the Agency’s Learning Management System (LMS). Adapt facilitation strategies to meet diverse learner needs and preferences. Model respectful communication and integrity in all learning interactions. Evaluate and provide feedback on learning modules and artefacts to support continuous improvement. Uphold information management standards including templates, naming conventions, and file storage. Stay current with service delivery practices, educational technology trends, and training industry best practices. About You
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in delivering training in various formats. Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions. Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools. A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Why Join Us?
