Salary Range: $34.17 - $35.62 per hour pending experience
At Holy Spirit Catholic School, Cranbrook, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Officer - Administration to join our team on a fixed‑term, term‑time basis. This position is for 35 hours per week, commencing on 19 January 2026 and concluding on 4 April 2026 .
Join our front office team as the friendly face of our school This role focuses on student reception, attendance, and providing first aid support. A current First Aid certificate is essential, and experience with Compass or similar school systems will be highly regarded. Bring your warm, professional approach and help keep our school running smoothly every day The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable, and professional, demonstrating strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a welcoming presence that reflects the College's values and commitment to excellence.
