We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead our Quality and Food Safety team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, alongside excellent leadership skills.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve quality and safety across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality and safety policies and procedures
* Lead and motivate the Quality and Food Safety team
* Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
* Continuously monitor and improve quality and safety performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant qualification in a field such as food science or quality assurance
* Extensive experience in food manufacturing
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
