Job Title: Community Mental Health Clinician
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering mental health care to the local community.
* Deliver high-quality assessment, treatment and case coordination services for adults experiencing mental health challenges.
* Collaborate with individuals on their recovery journey to help them achieve their goals and improve wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and engage meaningfully with consumers, families, and carers.
2. Work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to develop person-centred care plans.
Requirements:
* Hold a bachelor degree in social work or other equivalent qualification.
* Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate, and willingness to travel during employment.
