About The Role
The Store Manager's primary role is leading and training of team members, striving for increased sales and wage control through the rotation of stock and delivering a high level of customer service experience. This will ensure that Spendless Shoes will continue to be the friendliest shoe people in the world.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Retail, Hospitality or Sales industry
* Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
* Stock management and merchandising experience
* Understanding of sales budgets and KPIs
* Knowledge of rosters, wage control and people performance
* Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
* Strong customer service skills
* Thrives in a fun, fast‐paced work environment
* Has the motivation to be successful
* Confident and passionate
* Have a passion for fashion footwear
