Airport Operations Manager Role:
This is a key position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of staff and fleet at the airport. The incumbent will be tasked with leading and guiding team members on shift through sales coaching and mentoring.
* Leading and managing the team on shift
* Marketing Avis Budget products and services to customers, identifying their needs and maximising sale opportunities
* Ensuring that vehicles for rent meet company standards for cleanliness, mechanical condition, and roadworthiness
* Inspecting returned vehicles for body damage and reporting where necessary
* Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain high service standards and achieve organisational goals under minimal supervision
