Job Title: Training Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled communicator to join our team as a Training Officer.
About the Role:
* Lead the delivery of all required operations training and assessment to ensure business compliance.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality instructional materials, guides, and learning materials.
* Develop, maintain, and manage relevant skills matrix to monitor training needs and address learning gaps, including maintenance of required documentation and training records.
* Support the onboarding & induction process by working closely with managers to provide role-specific system and process training to new employees in accordance with timelines.
* D deliver learning initiatives that align with capability frameworks and support talent development and succession planning.
* Conduct training needs analysis and evaluation through consultation with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process efficiency and/or quality improvement.
About You:
* A minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
* 3-5 years experience in a training and/or learning & development position or similar.
* Experience within a 3PL /4PL environment or Logistics industry highly advantageous.
* Prior experience in delivering end-to-end projects in a learning & development and/or training field.
* Capability to understand detailed logistics operations processes.
* Computer skills - Good awareness of and exposure to WH&S requirements, WMS/systems/materials handling equipment and providers.
