About the Role Provide personalised in-home care support to older Australians, helping them remain independent in their own homes.
Travel across Rockhampton and surrounding suburbs, including Gracemere, South Rockhampton, North Rockhampton, and Parkhurst, to support clients.
This casual role offers flexible hours, primarily on weekdays (with some weekends), from 7 am to 7 pm, with up to 15 hours per week.
It is ideal for those seeking additional hours that fit around school or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities Meal preparation and assistance with daily living activities Providing social support and facilitating community access Personal care assistance Skills & Experience Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar) or relevant industry experience Passion for making a positive impact in the ageing community Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable registered vehicle Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport Current First Aid and CPR certificates (must be obtained prior to employment) Successful candidates will undergo probity checks, including a National Criminal History Record Check.
