Administrative Assistant
About the Role:
The Administration Assistant role is centered on providing exceptional support to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. This position involves supporting our team and clients across Australia in proactive customer engagement and efficient handling of administrative tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all clients in our system and update them on the progress of their reports
* Be the first point of contact for our clients
* Liaise with clients to book appointments
* Source job specific information from clients and third parties, i.e. councils, government agencies etc.
* Log actions and activities in our system
* Review calendars ahead of time to ensure prior understanding and preparation of the day ahead
Requirements:
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating confidence, strong personal presentation skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
* An outgoing personality
* A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
* Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and proactive
* Confidence and ability to work autonomously
* A highly organised approach with efficient time management skills
