**About the role**:
Reporting to the Site Manager, this role based in Erskine Park will recruit blue-collar workers, liaise with agencies, mentor both employer and employees, handle performance, appraisals, training and development and conduct administrative tasks involving budgeting, documentation, payroll and record keeping.
