Administrative Lead Position

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Lead to oversee day-to-day office operations. This role is critical in maintaining a productive, professional, and people-first workplace environment.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, couriers, and calls, ensuring smooth front-of-house service. They will also manage equipment upkeep, liaise with contractors, and resolve maintenance issues; oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the office by coordinating cleaning contractors; procure and manage office supplies, catering, and consumables; coordinate employee birthdays, gifts, team functions, and social events to keep morale high and vibes strong; assist HR with interview scheduling, onboarding setups, welcome packs, and internal communication; help facilitate training sessions, employee surveys, and maintain adherence to HR policies.


Requirements

* Prior experience in administration or office coordination is essential.
* A natural organisational ability, time management skills, and proficiency in multitasking environments are required.
* Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
* An independent work style, showing strong initiative and reliability, is expected.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
