As a Senior Psychologist/Case Manager, you will deliver advanced, evidence-based psychological services within the Community Care Team South. You will play a key leadership role in a multidisciplinary environment, supporting consumers with complex mental health needs while contributing to clinical excellence, service development and workforce capability.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver high-level psychological assessment, intervention and care planning
* Manage complex caseloads with autonomy and clinical expertise
* Provide clinical leadership and act as a key reference point for the team
* Supervise, mentor and support junior clinicians, students and AHAs
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
* Lead and contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives
* Support development of clinical practices, protocols and service delivery
* Drive patient‐centred, recovery‐focused care and discharge planning
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated clinician with strong leadership capability, passionate about delivering high‐quality mental health care and supporting team development.
You will demonstrate:
* Advanced psychological assessment and intervention expertise
* Strong leadership, supervision and mentoring skills
* High‐level communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritise effectively
* Sound clinical judgement and independent decision‐making
* Commitment to evidence‐based practice and continuous improvement
* Experience in service development, quality improvement or research
