About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Health, Safety & Environment, you will be responsible for driving best‐practice injury management outcomes across the Journey Beyond Group. You will lead the return‐to‐work process for work‐related injuries, support our people and managers, and champion early intervention and injury prevention initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will:

* Manage all RTW and workers compensation processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
* Provide high‐level case management for complex claims, including strategic advice, insurer coordination, and case conferences
* Mentor and support the Injury Management Advisor
* Partner with medical providers, legal representatives, HR, HSE, and business leaders
* Develop and deliver injury prevention strategies and manager education
* Analyse data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
* Prepare executive reporting and support continuous improvement across all business units

About You

You'll bring a blend of technical expertise, calm influence, and genuine care. You will also have:

* Experience managing high‐volume workers compensation and RTW cases within a large, complex organisation
* SA Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation
* Strong understanding of the Return to Work Act and other State‐based legislation
* Background in workplace rehabilitation or injury management
* Ability to navigate conflict and influence stakeholders effectively
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and adjust strategies
* Resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently
