Overview
Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a committed Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our quick-service retail operation at Newcastle Airport.
Responsibilities
- Support the clear direction to team members on shift
- Ensuring that the food & service standards are of exceptional quality
- Assist in staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resources
- Supervise stock, inventory and cash
- Ensuring compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience (minimum 6 months)
- Ability to supervise staff implement leadership skills
- Cash, stock and labour control skills
- Dispute management/conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility across work days/hours
