Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional health and safety standards at all times.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, engaging educational programs.
- Create play-based learning experiences tailored to each child’s interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and achievements.
- Build robust, positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
- Contribute to and participate in community projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with a passionate team in a supportive, interactive learning environment.
About You
You’re a passionate, motivated Early Childhood Teacher who creates high-quality programs and engaging routines that spark curiosity and a love of learning. You’ll shape meaningful educational experiences while building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Skills And Requirements
- ACECQA Approved Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
- Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
- Strong computer skills
- Current approved First Aid Certificate
- Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
