CPP Civil
CPP have a dedicated in-house Civil construction department that plays a critical role in project delivery, providing scoping, estimating, management, and construction of civil works across transmission lines, renewables, and utility projects—giving us greater control over key project components.
Our capabilities include access tracks, roads, structural foundations, cable trenches, conduits, oil containment, and site infrastructure such as laydown areas and facilities. We also manage bulk earthworks, drainage, fencing, and signage, ensuring seamless integration of civil works into every project we deliver.
The Opportunity
As Civil Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects by managing the onsite civil works, personnel, and contractors, and overseeing the day to day aspects of the civil construction. Bringing your strong leadership skills, you will provide empowering leadership to site teams and communicate effectively to Site Managers and Construction Managers.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Extensive experience supervising civil works on large scale projects
* Strong leadership skills and a track record in a supervisor capacity
* Proficient computer literacy, with the ability to work with the MS Office Suite
* A strong focus on safety culture and demonstrated knowledge of SQE
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
