M&T Resources has partnered with a growing AI company who are looking for aDevSecOps Engineerto take ownership of their cloud, security, and infrastructure.
You will join a small but dynamic team and have a real impact, visibility across the business, and the chance to shape how their technology evolves from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing
Designing and managing our Google Cloud Platform environments
Working with Kubernetes to manage containers and ensure reliability
Building secure and efficient CI/CD pipelines
Implementing DevSecOps practices that make sense for the organization
Maintaining and optimizing the Cloudflare setup
Managing the office network and ensuring security across the environment
Serving as the go-to person for system monitoring and maintaining system availability
Collaborating with the development team to ensure smooth and reliable deployments
What We Hope You Bring
3+ years of hands-on DevOps/DevSecOps experience
Strong GCP skills and Kubernetes know-how
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab, GitHub – whatever works)
Infrastructure as code experience (Terraform)
Security mindset and network administration skills
Database skills with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
SQL and NoSQL querying and database management
Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
GitLab experience
Knowledge of network protocols and security fundamentals
